My elbow pain was getting worse, so I went to the hospital.
I've been exercising a little more than usual lately because I'm thinking about my body.
The most basic and most commonly done exercise is dumbbell exercise, but since I'm using my body like I'm not used to, I'm starting to feel pain in my elbows.
They say that it is the early stage of the so-called tennis elbow, so don't overdo it and just rest.
I didn't think I was doing any particularly strenuous exercise, but at some point, my elbows started to hurt a little, and I started to feel pain. I started a home workout for my health, and I combined it with dumbbell exercises, and I think that became the problem. Every time I felt a little elbow pain, I lowered the intensity and took a day off to adjust. But it kept getting worse, to the point where I started to worry that it would become chronic. At first, the pain wasn't that severe, and it would get better after a day or so of rest. Then, just like fatigue, the pain accumulated, and now I felt a constant, foreign body-like pain. To figure out the problem before it became chronic, I visited a pain medicine clinic near my house. After taking pictures and performing a simple palpation, they told me it was the kind of elbow pain people commonly refer to as tennis elbow. They told me that it was still in the early stages, so I shouldn't overdo it and that if I managed it well, it would improve without any problems. Usually, this kind of elbow pain occurs with moderately strenuous sports like tennis, golf, or badminton. They said that even if it wasn't as severe as mine, elbow pain can occur. I think the dumbbell exercises I suspected were the cause. I didn't exercise much, but as I got older, I thought about something and started exercising. I think I overdid it a bit and now my elbow is hurting. I think I'll have to stick to light exercise for the time being. I think I should focus on cardio and leg exercises instead of dumbbell exercises. I hope you all take care of your health but don't overdo it.
