I share my plantar fasciitis symptoms and my experience.

I'd like to share the symptoms of plantar fasciitis I experienced. First of all, it was incredibly painful, so I hope anyone suffering from this condition recovers quickly. Also, if you have low arches or flat feet, please be sure to take care not to strain your feet.

First of all, I heard the term plantar fasciitis for the first time at that time and looked into the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is said to be a thick and strong band of fiber that starts from the heel bone, branches out to the front of the sole, and attaches to the base of the toes in five branches. It is said to play an important role in maintaining the arch of the foot.

When the plantar fascia is repeatedly damaged by microscopic injuries, the collagen that makes up the fascia degenerates and inflammation occurs, and this is called plantar fasciitis. Most people suspect that if they have this kind of pain in their heels, it is a symptom of plantar fasciitis. In my case, the first symptom of plantar fasciitis I experienced was that the arch of the sole of my foot started to hurt.

In particular, the first step when I woke up in the morning was the most painful. At first, I thought that these plantar fasciitis symptoms would go away after a few days, but that wasn't the case.

My plantar fasciitis symptoms were getting worse and my gait was becoming strange, so I thought I should go to the hospital, and when I got tested at the hospital, they said that I did have plantar fasciitis.

I went to an orthopedic surgeon, and he recommended extracorporeal shock wave therapy. This type of treatment is expensive, but I felt like I absolutely had to get treatment to improve my symptoms, so I went for treatment more than 5 times. And he said that resting your feet is very important for improving plantar fasciitis symptoms.

They say that even walking, running, and other exercises that are considered exercise put a strain on the feet, so they always emphasize rest.

So, I wake up every morning massaging the soles of my feet with peanut balls. Haha. Also, I always wear soft slippers at home. Haha.

I've had a difficult time with plantar fasciitis symptoms...

I hope others quickly recognize these plantar fasciitis symptoms, and if anyone is suffering from plantar fasciitis, I hope they recover quickly. And I highly recommend a sole massage.

치료 받으셨다니 물리치료도 병행하면 더 나을거 같습니다. 금전적인 문제가 있다면 가벼운 운동도 좋을거 같습니다.
