I take nutritional supplements and do finger exercises to prevent finger joint pain.

My finger joints, which were healthy when I was young, often became stiff and painful as I got older. While these symptoms still occur intermittently, I felt I should do something to prevent future pain in my finger joints. So I researched various information, purchased nutritional supplements that are good for preventing finger joint pain, and did finger exercises whenever I had time. As a result, I've noticed a significant decrease in the frequency of my finger joint pain.

I initially looked for a good supplement to help prevent finger joint pain, but I couldn't find one specifically for finger joints. Most supplements that are good for all joints, like knees and shoulders, also seem to have a positive effect on finger joints. So I bought MSM and green-lipped mussel supplements and took them daily.

MSM is a nutrient that has a positive effect on joint and cartilage health overall. It helps suppress inflammation and improve joint flexibility, making it a good nutrient for preventing finger joint pain. In fact, numerous clinical studies have reported that taking MSM relieves joint pain. Many studies have also shown that people with arthritis or pain in their fingers can reduce fatigue and pain with regular intake. So, I took MSM every day to prevent finger joint pain.

Green-lipped mussels are a seafood that were widely used as a food ingredient by the Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand. Research has shown that the Maori have a significantly lower incidence of arthritis, and it has been scientifically proven that the omega-3 fatty acids and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) contained in green-lipped mussels have a positive effect on joint health. Therefore, it is said to be a popular nutritional supplement for people suffering from knee pain, stiff shoulders, and finger joint deformities. So, I also took green-lipped mussels every day to prevent finger joint pain.

And to prevent finger joint pain, I not only took supplements, but also exercised my fingers every day whenever I had time. As a result, the frequency of pain in my finger joints has significantly decreased. I plan to continue taking supplements and exercising my fingers to prevent joint pain in the future.
