My fingers often swell during exercise. Why does that happen?
These days, I'm doing power walking every morning.
I'm walking about 6 to 8 kilometers.
When I start exercising, my fingers don't swell.
From about 4 kilos or more
My hands were numb and my fingers were swollen.
I was wondering if arm movement might be a problem.
