운동 병행하면서 평소에 자세 신경 쓰는 게 제일 중요한 것 같아요. 컴퓨터 오래 쓸 때는 손목 받침 꼭 쓰시고요!! 혹시라도 통증이 계속 심하면 정형외과 가셔서 손목 인대 상태나 손목터널증후군 여부 체크해보시는 것도 좋아요!

Maybe it's because my wrist muscles are weak, but even in normal times
My wrists start to feel numb even if I lift just a little bit.
I think the ligaments are a bit weak.
How do people with weak wrists normally manage their condition?
Not using it is also a method...
I want to try some exercise.. Should I do some kind of rehabilitation exercise?
I don't think things like Adae will be of much help...
What about other people..?
