I think I have weak muscles around my ankles and wrists.
Now, my ankle is causing problems.
I have been walking regularly, but lately, perhaps because I overexerted myself a little, I used to have pain in my soles that prevented me from walking, but these days I feel a slight pulling sensation in my ankles. After walking today, I realized that it's starting to hurt a bit.
So, I think I sprained my ankle a little.
Is there a way to walk without spraining my ankle? It's not too severe, but I'm worried. If there are any exercises to strengthen the ankles, please recommend them.
If it gets worse, I should go to the hospital, right?
