The area just below my right armpit keeps hurtingㅠ

At first, it was just a dull pain when I coughed during a cold, but now it hurts sharply inside even just from breathing... I wake up at night because of the pain 😢

It feels like there's pain deep inside even though the outside looks fine, so I feel really uncomfortable and scared... It's been over a week or two since I started feeling worse, and I'm thinking of going to the hospital, but should I see an orthopedic specialist?

But I'm worried about how much the hospital bill will be ㅠㅠ
