발바닥 가운데 아프면 근막 쪽에 염증 생긴 걸 수도 있어요. 신발 오래 신거나 운동 많이 했을 때 잘 온다던데요

Lately, I'm worried about my left sole. When I walk for a long time, the middle part of my sole feels like the nerve is cut off, and it hurts with a tingling sensation... My right foot is fine, but strangely, only the left side is like that.
It's not even the knee or ankle, just the very center of the sole of my foot, so I'm more concernedㅠ Has anyone experienced this kind of symptom before? I have no idea what the problem might be...

저 그 증상으로 병원 갔더니 발목터널증후군 얘기도 들었어요. 신경 눌려서 그런 거래요… 찌릿하면 의심해봐야 함

프카쟁이이거 족저근막염 증상 같은데요?? 정형외과나 신경외과 가서 검진 받아보세요~
은하수오래 걸으면 발바닥 가운데 통증이 있다면 족저근막염이 원인일 수 있어요 혹시 아침에 일어났을때 처음 걸을때도 통증이 심하다면 그럴 확률이 높아요 또는 발을 과도하게 사용해서 생긴 통증일 수 있어요 그외에도 평발, 발바닥 압박 등이 원인일 수 있으니 통증이 지속된다면 병원 가보시는게 좋겠어요
