Sole pain, stabbing pain like a knife

 

Lately, I am startled every morning by severe pain in the soles of my feet.
One day, as soon as I got up and took my first step, I almost sat down because my sole hurt as if it was stabbing.
At first, I thought I had slept poorly, but it kept happening repeatedly.
In particular, the pain in the soles of my feet was severe in the morning, and it lessened a bit after walking, so I just ignored it.

 

After spending several days like that, I finally couldn't take it anymore and went to the hospital.
The doctor said that there is a high possibility that this is plantar fasciitis.
I've heard of that name, but I didn't expect to experience it myself.

 

The symptoms of plantar fasciitis usually appear severely in the morning.
They say that after sitting for a long time and then standing up to walk, the pain in the soles of the feet worsens.
That was exactly how I was. And they also said that frequently wearing slippers could be a contributing cause.

 

Since that day, I have been doing stretching and also tried foot massage as instructed by the hospital.
Toe stretching, raising and lowering the heels.
Although the effect is not very quick, it is definitely better than not doing it at all.
The plantar fasciitis pain has somewhat decreased.

 

And I also changed my shoes to ones with cushioning.

Shoes with thin and hard soles are really not good.
These days, the pain in my soles is much less than before, and I feel less pain in the mornings.

    저도 족저근막염 있었는데 병원에서 체중 줄이는 것도 꼭 하라고 했어요.
    체중이 발바닥에 주는 압력이 크다고 하더라고요.
    운동은 무리하지 말고, 걷기 전엔 꼭 준비운동 하세요!

    통증이 엄청 심하셨었나봐요. 제가 요즘 발바닥 통증이 조금씩 느껴지는데 저도 족저근막염일 수도 있겠어요. 알려주신 발가락 당기기, 발뒤꿈치 올렸다 내리는 동작들로 스트레칭 자주 해줘야겠어요. 만약에 더 통증 심해지면 저도 병원에 가봐야 겠어요. 좋은 정보 감사합니다.
