걸음걸이 검사 해주고 싶으면 재활의학과를 가보시는 것도 괜찮겠네요 무릎 근육을 단련 시켜주는 게 좋지요 스쿼트도 좋고요 요즘엔 유튜브에도 많이 나와 있긴 해요 하지만 잘못 배우면 무릎 건강을 더 악화시킬 수 있으니 처음에는 제대로 배워 주시는 게 가장 중요하지요 헬스장에서 PT 받으시는 것도 좋아요

I started to feel a dull ache in my knee.
When I went to the local orthopedic clinic and had an X-ray taken, they said there was no abnormality.
I think it's possible because X-rays don't show everything.
The pain isn't getting worse, but since it's a joint, I can't help but be concerned about the nerves.
Are there any tests other than X-ray that are worth doing?
