I had frozen shoulder two years ago and suffered for nearly half a year, but now I am fine.
However, since suffering from frozen shoulder, the range of shoulder rotation has decreased compared to before.
I didn't do it extremely diligently, but I did stretch diligently.
Certainly, I feel that my shoulders are not moving backward as much as before I was sick.
It just goes as far as the position where it extends sideways, and my arm doesn't reach behind my body.
I don't really feel sick or uncomfortable in my daily life, so I don't think I need to go to the hospital.
How can I increase the range of rotation of the shoulder?
