I usually enjoy exercising.
I often do running, power walking, or indoor cycling.
Run or power walking should be done for about an hour.
I am riding the indoor bicycle for about 30 minutes.
But since last month, I have been getting cramps while sleeping.
Stretching slightly while sleeping or waking up
When moving the big toe
Suddenly, a cramp occurs.
I only did that for a few days at first.
At some point, it became so painful that it felt like my flesh was tearing.
It lasted for a long time.
It's not like I suddenly started exercising.
I don't know why I developed these symptoms.
