환절기는 정말 호흡기에 안좋죠... 저도 비염끼가 있어서 고생을 하는 편인데 좋은정보 감사해요
Winter to seasonal change, it's allergy season ㅠ Let's share some tips together~
Every year, fine dust pollution worsens.
The weather is unpredictable, and the number of days when we close the doors and stay inside is increasing every year.
People like me with rhinitis seem to have more and more things to worry about.
This time, I've actually been fighting since the autumn change of season until now.
The severity of my rhinitis symptoms is getting worse,ㅠㅠ I've tried many different things more than before.
I'm managing this and that right now.
Applying symptom relief methods that suit me makes me feel like I can survive a bit more.
I hope that someday a cure for rhinitis will be found (I know there isn't one yet, though ㅠㅠ).
Today, I would like to share my method and opinions.
And if you have a good method, please share it again~
Let's lie down!!
1. Food: Bellflower root, Ginger tea
Ginger is said to warm the body, strengthen the lungs, and alleviate rhinitis.
Balloon flower root helps to remove phlegm and mucus, and it is said that it is even better when taken together with ginger.
In my case, I always include radish as a side dish with my meal, and I drink a cup of ginger tea after eating.
I prefer drinking ginger tea in the morning over bellflower root.
I think I've been hearing a lot about job's tears tea since last year, but I still think the ginger tea I used to drink is the best.
2. Things that are not good based on experience: medication or spray
At first, the medication seems to temporarily improve things, but I'm not sure about its significant effectiveness ㅠㅠ
It feels like the effectiveness decreases the more I use it.
There are also side effects such as dry nose if you frequently take medication or spray.
Upon hearing and seeing it, I think I have such symptoms, so I am stopping the medication regardless of how severe the symptoms become.
Of course, that's just my personal experience, so please take it as a reference.
3. Methods using devices - Non-mucosal steam therapy device and nasal irrigator
Nasal irrigation not only removes secretions and bacteria from the nose but also reduces nasal congestion and post-nasal drip.
Non-mucosal hot packs are said to alleviate inflammation by applying heat or infrared radiation to the nasal mucosal inflammation, which is the cause of rhinitis symptoms.
I'm 고민하다 and doing both.
I do nasal irrigation in the morning, and although it's somewhat temporary, it still gives me a feeling of a slightly refreshing morning.
Non-mucosal heat pack uses infrared rather than heat, and after using it, I feel much more refreshed, so I use it once during the day and once before going to bed.
I recommend both nasal irrigation and hot compresses because they have no side effects and seem to be good methods.
4. Tick
It is important to know how to remove house dust mites that are the cause inside the house.
It is important to frequently wash bedding and clean regularly.
And the carpet has been removed.
Even in the cold winter, it seems good to ventilate for about 15 minutes a day at least three times a day.
Maintaining a proper humidity level of about 40-60% with a humidifier is also good.
I have organized it once like this.
For those of us with rhinitis who suffer whenever the seasons change and the weather gets cold ㅠ
This season, I hope you have a healthy nose and a day free of symptoms like nasal congestion.
