My youngest sibling has a sore throat, but it probably isn't COVID, right?

The youngest coach was confirmed to have COVID-19 yesterday. Although it is not mandatory quarantine, there is a concern about infection among the children, so training has been halted.

And since this morning, my youngest has been saying that his throat hurts so much when he swallows or talks.

It's still pharyngitis at the hospital, but it could be in the incubation period.

I just did a self-test at home, but they say it's negative, although my throat is more sore.

I've had COVID before, so I'm very worried myself, and I'm really concerned because I saw my mom suffer terribly when she had COVID.
