Eat foods that help maintain bronchial health!

As the seasons change, I also have a sore throat and frequent pharyngitis.

Dryness + viruses, and various other reasons.

I think that I can't just take medicine whenever my throat hurts.

I usually use a humidifier to manage my bronchial health and looked into what good foods I should eat.

1. Ginger
Efficacy: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce bronchial inflammation. It also has antimicrobial effects that aid in preventing infections and can reduce mucus, making breathing easier.

3. Honey
Efficacy: Honey is a natural anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial agent, helping to reduce bronchial inflammation and prevent infections. Additionally, it is effective in soothing coughs and calming the throat.

After reading the text, I realized that some parts I knew as well.

There are also foods I haven't tried before.

I currently enjoy eating a lot of tangerines. As expected, it was a food that helps the bronchial tubes.

I didn't know about almonds or olive oil before.
