There was a rumbling sound in my ear. What could it be?

I have poor sense of smell and hearing.

Actually, I didn't feel that uncomfortable either.

I just thought everyone was like that.

Unlike others, there are no noticeable symptoms such as in the nose or ears.

It's just a stuffy nose and ringing in the ears.

I thought everyone had it.

However, one day, at the ENT department, due to barotrauma-induced middle ear infection

I went to pick up my medication early and you looked at my nose and ears.

The doctor said that my condition is not good.

But since there was no particular discomfort, I just took it as it was.

Except for events where benign paroxysmal positional vertigo occurs suddenly.

 

But today, I suddenly heard a rumbling sound in my ear again.

The phenomena of beeping sounds or humming noises

It's something I occasionally experience even in normal times.

Since many people are experiencing that phenomenon, I tend to think it's true.

But the clicking sound was the first time.

It sounds like something rolling inside my ear.

I wondered if, having experienced benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, the otoliths might fall off and roll around.

But is it possible to hear the sound of otoliths rolling if you have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo?

I didn't have those symptoms even when I had vertigo before.

 

I found out that it can happen if you catch a cold.

I am currently suffering from a severe cold.

Maybe that's why I think so..

If the symptoms persist, I think I should visit an otolaryngologist.

The ticking sound doesn't happen again in the afternoon.

 

 

 

 

Is there anyone else who hears a rumbling or rolling sound in their ear like I do?

What kind of symptoms could this be?

It's not earwax!! Haha
