The flu virus has spread throughout my friend's house.

I was very surprised that everyone in the family had all gone to bed.

He said his fever rose to 39 degrees, so he went to the hospital and received an injection.

Fortunately, they said it wasn't COVID-19, so their mind was greatly stabilized.

Treatment involves taking antiviral medication.

I'm so worried that all the family members are infected and can't move from their rooms because they're sick.

2) Avoid crowded places - the more people there are, the higher the chance of encountering carriers of the virus.

3) Regular lifestyle - immunity also increases, and being regular makes you healthier.

4) Nutrient intake - You need to eat well to overcome the flu.

5) Exercise - Consistently train your physical strength with suitable exercises.

6) Wearing a mask - I still think it would be good to wear a mask.
