Frequent tinnitus symptoms, took supplements and tea, and experienced relief from the symptoms.

A few months ago, I started experiencing frequent symptoms of tinnitus, such as a feeling of fullness in my ears and a ringing sound. So I searched for ways to alleviate tinnitus symptoms and took nutritional supplements and drank teas that are good for tinnitus for 2-3 months. As a result, the tinnitus symptoms that used to appear several times a day were greatly reduced to about once or twice a week. Tinnitus has occasionally appeared in my life, but after it started recurring several times a day, I felt a sense of crisis that I couldn't just ignore it. I usually use headphones a lot and tend to listen at high volumes. So I wondered if this lifestyle habit was the cause, and the first thing I did was stop using headphones. Also, based on my experience, I think that persistent stressful situations can cause tinnitus, so I increased my sleep and tried not to be psychologically stressed. Then, I thought I should take something to treat the tinnitus symptoms personally, so I searched for information and found that there are supplements good for tinnitus. It was a supplement called NeuroLabs Cortorin Formula. The main ingredients of NeuroLabs Cortorin Formula are L-theanine, Rhodiola rosea, and magnesium. All of these ingredients are known to be effective in relieving tension caused by stress and improving fatigue.

And while looking for foods that are good for tinnitus, I came across information that ginger tea and green tea help alleviate tinnitus, so I started drinking ginger tea and green tea frequently. Ginger tea has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which are said to be effective in preventing hearing loss and improving hearing. The catechins contained in green tea are also said to support auditory health and be effective in improving hearing.

By reducing headset usage and increasing sleep duration, and taking supplements that are good for tinnitus for about 2-3 months, as well as frequently drinking ginger tea and green tea, the frequency of tinnitus symptoms has significantly decreased compared to before. In the past, I experienced tinnitus several times a day, but now it has improved to the point where it appears only once or twice a week at most. Therefore, I plan to continue these efforts until the tinnitus symptoms completely disappear for the foreseeable future.

    저는 메니에르병을 치료 중에 있는데
    이명, 난청, 어지럼의 증상으로 일상이 매우 어려워요.
    물론 증상이 계속 있는 건 아니지만 언제 나타날 지 공식이 없으므로 늘 긴장이죠...
    몇년을 겪고보니 스트레스가 가장 큰 원인인 것 같네요.
    이석증,메니에르...많이 비슷한데 
    결국 스트레스를 다스려야 하는 병 같아요.
