(Tip) The phlegm has become thinner.

I didn't smoke and was fine, but since when did it start?

I'm going crazy every morning because of phlegmㅠ

I feel like I have phlegm in my throat when I wake up.

It's hard to spit it out even when I try.

It takes quite a bit of coughing to reach about the size of a little fingernail.

I am coughing up a small amount of yellow phlegm. It's not a large quantity.

 

At some point, I started always drinking a glass of lukewarm water before going to bed.

I even drank water in the middle of the night on days when I happened to wake up in the middle of the night.

I drank only about half a cup because if I drink too much, I have to urinate while sleeping.

 

But definitely, no matter how much I try to cough up in the morning, the phlegm doesn't come out easily.

Once I tried, it came out well in one go.

The morning phlegm hasn't completely disappeared yet.

The color of the yellow phlegm has become much lighter, and spitting has become easier, greatly improving my quality of life.

 

Water is the best after all!!
