My daily life is difficult because of tinnitus. What should I do?
One day, I suddenly experienced tinnitus. I don't have sudden hearing loss, but my life is so, so uncomfortable because of the tinnitus. Normal people say that sharp sounds and dull, muffled sounds occur separately and tremble, but in my case, I hear both sharp sounds and dull, muffled sounds at the same time. Sometimes I hum, sometimes I try to avoid, and it's really bothersome to the point I can't live properly. I even have pain. When I went to an ENT specialist, they said there shouldn't be pain and found it strange. The only medication I have is painkillers, and I also have some sedatives. Do I have to endure it no matter what? It doesn't get better easily. Even if I take medicine, it only helps temporarily. Does it ever go away on its own? Even if I try to divert my nerves elsewhere, the sounds I hear once continue to be heard.
