Epley Maneuver (Exercise beneficial for BPPV)
Epley maneuver is a well-known exercise for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This exercise helps to reposition the otoliths in the inner ear, following the steps below.
Sit on the bed and turn your head to the side at a 45-degree angle.
Slowly lie down while turning your head and tilt your head backward. Maintain this position for 30 seconds.
Turn your head 90 degrees in the opposite direction and hold for another 30 seconds.
Then, turn your body 90 degrees to the side and hold for another 30 seconds.
Finally, sit down slowly and return to your original posture.
This exercise is designed to return the misplaced ear stones inside the ear to their original position.
In the early stages of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), it is good to repeat the exercises several times a day. These are beneficial exercises for BPPV.

It is good to repeat this exercise two to three times a day, about five times per set.
