I have to go to work due to COVID... Should I use my annual leave?ㅠㅠ

In the past, once confirmed, it was always quarantine, but

I'm not feeling well, but I'm wondering whether I should go to work despite COVID-19 or use my annual leave.

I’ve been saving my annual leave for vacations or when I really need it, so using it up like this feels wasteful, and it makes me feel conflicted.
I'm sorry to my colleagues if I go to work, but I feel personally disadvantaged if I take time off...
Everyone is probably worried about similar things, right?
In situations like this, I really don't know what to do about going to work during COVID.
I want to recover quickly and return to my daily life, but COVID-19 keeps making everyday life inconvenient, which makes me upset.
