Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a condition characterized by episodes of severe dizziness that feel like the surroundings are spinning, which repeatedly improve on their own.

When I experience extreme stress, it tends to manifest as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

The dizziness was incredibly overwhelming, to the point where I even started to dry heave, and I became so exhausted all over my body that I couldn't move.

So, before I get BPPV, I experience warning signs such as weakness all over my body, dizziness, and nausea.

If you go directly to the hospital emergency room for treatment and get a prescription, you'll feel better.

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is not cured after just one treatment; it often recurs repeatedly.

I try to consume milk, dairy products, salmon, spinach, blueberries, and ensure adequate hydration, which are good for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

And no matter how good the food is, eating too much can be harmful, so proper intake seems to be important.
