I really remember being shocked by sudden deafness, and I still don't know the reason.
It was about two years ago, I was on a phone call, and suddenly I couldn't hear the other person's voice.
So I told you to speak several times, but since you didn't listen, I wondered if the phone was malfunctioning.
Even after hanging up, it was the same when I called again.
The moment I realized it wasn't the phone's problem but my own ear's, I unconsciously sank down.
No matter how much I talk or tap my ear, I really can't hear anything; it felt distant.
I went directly to the neighborhood hospital, but they told me to go to a larger hospital because it's sudden deafness.
Went directly to a large hospital, and since sudden deafness is a race against time, I immediately registered and received treatment.
They looked into it and did various tests. I was advised to be hospitalized for about a week for treatment.
I couldn't hear anything for a few days, so I was really going crazy.
However, the problem is that the test results show no abnormalities, and if you do not return within a week, it will remain as is.
I heard shocking news that I might be deaf.
I truly realized what it means when people say the sky is falling that day.
I just ate well and rested properly while hospitalized. In fact, before the sudden hearing loss occurred, I was extremely busy with household chores.
I was in a state of stress.
I don't know if it can directly manifest in the body like this, but there are no abnormalities in the tests.
The only cause I could find was stress.
Fortunately, on the fifth day, as if there were no law to die, I suddenly recovered all at once.
It was a truly fascinating experience, but one I never want to go through again.
I can't avoid stress, but I try to minimize it as much as possible and also make a lot of efforts to strengthen my immune system.
Eat good food and exercise regularly.
I really don't want to experience sudden deafness again, especially without knowing the cause.
