I am receiving treatment for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and diligently taking care of my body.It was really difficult when I was first diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The pain and fear I experienced for the first time in my life were overwhelming.

I couldn't put it into words. I think the fear that I might die like this was overwhelming.

 

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is something that cannot be completely cured.

Whenever I feel a little tired, stressed, or overwhelmed

It's really difficult because it often recurs immediately.

Initially, I was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, but should I say it was a residual effect? I was dazed all day and felt quite depressed. On the surface, I really seemed completely fine.

It's a dizziness and fear that only I feelㅠ

 

It's not a specific posture, but when I move, that sudden, frightening sensation that twists sharply appears for about 1-2 seconds.

It disappears,ㅠㅠ at first, I was so afraid to open my eyes after waking up.

The ceiling is spinning around, and it's so frightening... When I go to the ENT clinic, they treat it by realigning the crystals through posture correction.ㅠ

In conclusion, there is no cure for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

You must diligently take care of your own body on your own.

There is no other way.

I will tell you the things I always watch out for.

First of all, healthy food seems to be important.

Eat a non-irritating, low-salt diet and consume plenty of kale. It is said to be good for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

And the most important rule is exercise.

You need to make your body healthy.

I have been doing squats for several years now.

It is one of the exercises that subtly shows a lot of effects.

 

You need to get a good night's sleep again ㅠ The saying that sleep is medicine doesn't come out of nowhere. You should sleep soundly.

 

And it's mental training.

I need to control myself so I don't get stressed. When I don't sleep and get stressed, early symptoms like vertigo appear. So, if I'm very careful, it goes away again.

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo recurred about 2 to 3 times within a year after the initial onset.

I think I had it quite often ㅠㅠ but now, since I started taking good care of my body, I haven't had any recurrence of BPPV.

 

I don't know when exactly, but I am sure it will appear again.

I think you won't be surprised or afraid like when you were first diagnosed.

If you are in the early stages of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, don't be too scared, and start by taking good care of your body to stay strong and healthy in both body and mind.

Train yourself. That is the answer. Consistency.

You can overcome vertigo. Stay strong, everyone.

    계속 빙글 빙글 
    그래도 이석증 은 괜찬아졌는데 
    조금 힘들거나 스트레스 받을땐 어지럼증이 오더라구요 
    평상시에 잘 관리 하시는게 젤 좋은 방법 일듯

    저희엄마 이석증때문에 119탄적 있어요. 어찌나 힘들어하시던지 제가 119를 불렀네요. 말로만 듣던 이석증이라고 진단받고 이석증이 정말 무서운거구나 생각했어요. 토하고 몸 못가누고 정말 지옥이었다고 하시면서 지금은 또 안그러기위해 나름 관리하시더라구요. 관리를 하면 확실히 도움이 되는거 같아요. 님도 정말 고생많으셨어요.
