[Tip] How to stay in good condition without catching a cold
Hello.
This is my first time sharing a useful tip on the Cashdoc community.^^
I used to catch a cold at least once during the change of seasons.
In recent years, except during COVID-19 infections, I haven't suffered much from colds and recover quickly.
I have been maintaining very good condition for a long time.
Maybe everyone might already know, but
Maybe it can be helpful to someone.
I am writing down my own health management tips.
1. Preparing the right over-the-counter medicines for myself
Everyone has caught a cold at least once.
Every time, you probably experienced improvement by either getting prescribed medication or purchasing over-the-counter cold medicine.
If there is any medication among the ones you have obtained and taken that you are certain was very effective, please prepare it in advance.
In my case, cold symptoms mainly include body aches and sore throat.
If you feel a slight foreign body sensation and discomfort in your throat, after a few days it tends to spread to symptoms like a runny nose, cold, cough, or body aches.
So, when you first start to feel like you have a cold, if you take effective medicine right away, it gets better immediately.
The effective medicine for me was the over-the-counter cold remedy Fabron Gold A, which I bought in Japan.
I don't have unlimited trust in Japanese products, but among the cold medicines I've taken so far, it was the most effective in catching early colds.
On days when I somehow feel like I have a cold coming on, taking 1-2 pills before bed makes my body feel very light the next day.
If you have a medication that suits you well, it is better to have it prepared in advance.
Whether at home, at work, or on a business trip, you can prepare immediately when a cold is about to start.
Oh, in addition to the Japanese general cold medicine, I also...
Cough syrup / Cold-Dawn syrup, which I learned about through COVID-19, can be taken together if you have a sore throat.
I wonder if it will be effective, but it works well for me.
2. Take propolis supplements regularly.
I never forget to take propolis when I take my supplements.
Should I say that taking medication definitely makes you feel less likely to catch a cold?
Since there are no symptoms of strain on my body even when taking a high dose, I am taking it at a high dose.
Propolis supplements are mainly divided into three forms: pills, liquid (liquid), and spray.
It is good to choose and take the type that suits you best.
I have no aversion to swallowing pills, and they fit my body well, so I take them in pill form.
What is propolis?
- A substance made by bees that combines materials collected from flowers or other sources with bee enzymes and venom, rich in organic matter and minerals, and excellent for antioxidant activity.
Method of taking before/after meals
- Recommended to take after meals (increases absorption of nutrients contained in food and aids digestion)
- If taken on an empty stomach, symptoms of heartburn may occur.
Main efficacy
- Anti-inflammatory/anticancer effects, blood sugar regulation through improved liver function, removal of oral bacteria
- Strengthening bone health, improving blood circulation
3. Always keep your neck warm from early fall to winter
I believe that my drinking habits are really helping me to get fewer colds.
I believe that when the wind starts to get cold, keeping only the neck and feet warm is enough to prevent the body temperature from dropping.
Actually, since I rarely wear sandals or slippers in fall/winter, I think shoes mostly fall into the category of being warm.
What I always carry with me are scarves, neckties, or warmers that can be wrapped around my neck.
Among these, I use the warmer the most because it is the most convenient and comfortable to use.
In winter, indoor air can be cold like an office, and even during the brief moment I step out to buy a cup of coffee at the convenience store,
It's easy to catch a cold.
In such cases, just wrapping a warmer around your neck can help maintain your body temperature and keep you warm.
It's okay even if it's not a warmer.
A simple scarf is good, and a handkerchief is also okay.
So, during the change of seasons when children are more prone to catching colds, simply draping a lightweight towel around their neck can help.
They say it can significantly reduce the chances of catching a cold.
4. Make sure to include a healthy meal at least once a day - consume raw food once a day.
I have been ordering and eating reproductive medicine for almost 10 years.
Reproduction refers to the process of freeze-drying at -30°C without applying heat.
This is a powder that has only lost the moisture from vegetables and fruits, but retains nutrients such as vitamins and dietary fiber.
Many people confuse reproductive health, herbal medicine, and rice powder.
Reproductive processes are not heated, while powdered health food is made through hot air drying or heating.
Even with the same ingredients, whether they are heated or not distinguishes raw food from cooked food.
Misutgaru is a representative case of health drinks.
I also enjoy drinking misutgaru, but it is said that heating can increase the likelihood of destroying nutrients.
There are very many reproductive brands.
I also find a brand that suits me well and have been consistently using it.
I plan to replace one meal a day with a raw food diet.
If you put raw food into unsweetened soy milk and shake it up to drink in the morning, you'll feel light and refreshed, and
I go to the bathroom well and digest easily, so I am really looking forward to lunchtime. ^^
After having a meal with reproductive food, the taste of rice is really delicious~ haha
Not only me, but my parents are also eating a reproductive diet together.
My diabetic dad has been consistently taking reproductive supplements, and his blood sugar levels have significantly stabilized.
So, the whole family naturally started to seek out and eat raw foods :)
Reproduction is an example.
If you prepare a healthy meal that suits you at least once a day and make an effort for your health
There will definitely be noticeable changes in your body^^
It could be a simple fruit meal or a salad meal.
Find a healthy diet that suits you well and try to practice it consistently.
I have written this to hopefully be of some help to the members of the Cashdoc community.
