I am a housewife in my mid-40s. I have been married for nearly 20 years.

Every change of season, I often cough, and my mother from my hometown always took care of me with something.

It's a throat lozenge and ginger tea.

During late winter when coughing and runny nose worsen, I drink tea with doraji syrup and ginger syrup with honey starting from early spring.

I have two daughters, and when my youngest was little, she had asthma, and now she has allergic rhinitis during seasonal changes.

My youngest and I always eat together.

Lately, I feel a bit down because my mother, who is my biological mother, is unwell and there is no one to take care of her.
