Moderate-intensity exercise to boost immunity for rhinitis~

Rhinitis can be reduced with medication, but maintaining regular exercise to boost immunity also helps in alleviating rhinitis symptoms.

Indoor moderate-intensity exercise is said to be more effective than high-intensity exercise.

Exercising indoors 2 to 3 times a week, such as running on a treadmill, cycling indoors, yoga, or Pilates at moderate intensity, is said to be effective in improving rhinitis, so it would be good to choose the exercise that suits me.

I really enjoy riding indoor bicycles, so I ride almost every day~!!!

It's a win-win situation: losing weight and improving nasal congestion at the same time!
