Is Jeonju Samsung ENT Clinic really overtreating? ㅠㅠ

There wasn't an ENT clinic near my house that I could go to, but Jeonju Samsung ENT Clinic opened and I've been going there regularly.

When I first went there, I liked it because of the detailed and friendly explanations and, of course, the tests to check the children's condition.

But today, I got a call from my youngest child's homeroom teacher saying that his condition was not good and that he was vomiting and hearing tinnitus, so I went to the hospital.

I thought it was nothing special because I had been diagnosed with the same symptoms around this time last year, but then suddenly I was told to get a nasal CT scan and hearing test.

It seems like it hasn't even been 6 months since the nasal CT was taken and the hearing test was done a year ago. When I asked why, they said that since they are children, their condition can change at any moment, so it's better to go and get it checked out for sure.

When you say that, do you understand why a mother can't help but do it?

While examining my child, I kept wondering if it was really necessary to go this far, but there was nothing I could do.

But I was taken aback when I heard the test results. They said there was nothing wrong, that it was just temporary tinnitus caused by fatigue, and that children with severe rhinitis can experience it, so they recommended nasal irrigation. They also asked if I should run out of nasal irrigation powder, but I didn't feel very good about it.

After finishing the treatment, the medical fee is around 70,000 won. It is good to have a good treatment, but isn't it excessive treatment to recommend non-covered tests every time you go to the hospital?

I'll have to look for another ENT clinic. It was nice because it was close, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
