Nasal irrigation with saline solution is very effective in alleviating rhinitis symptoms. Safely and effectively rinse your nose.

Purchase saline solution at the pharmacy or prepare it yourself at home.
Please prepare nasal irrigators (neti pots, nasal rinsers, syringes, etc.).

Stand in front of the sink or washbasin and lean your upper body slightly forward.
Tilt your head slightly to the side so that one nostril points upward.

Attach the entrance of the washer tightly to the upper nostril.
Breathe through your mouth and slowly pour saline solution into the upper nostril.
Saline solution flows through the nasal passages and exits through the opposite nostril. Some may flow out through the mouth.

Repeat the same procedure for the opposite nostril.
