Sometimes I hear a ringing sound in my ear.

Sometimes it happens for a few minutes, and other times it lasts for several hours.

Sometimes the volume is loud, and other times it is so quiet that it can be ignored.

It's a bit uneven.

I can hear the sound, but I don't particularly have a headache or anything.
