Using nasal spray to prevent rhinitis.

I am using nasal spray due to chronic rhinitis.
This is a product that can be purchased at the pharmacy with a prescription from the hospital.
Spray both nostrils in the evening. I use it more as a preventive measure rather than when I have severe rhinitis. To see effects, it needs to be used consistently, so I spray it into my nose even when I don't have rhinitis. When sprayed, it feels a bit cool. It's not good to spray it frequently; once a day is enough.
