Sweeper nasal irrigator good for rhinitis

Rhinitis is an inflammation inside the nasal cavity, mainly caused by dust, allergies, viruses, and mites. Usually, I am fine, but when I am not feeling well, I inevitably experience persistent runny nose symptoms. Since it kept recurring even after visiting the hospital, I decided to do some simple self-care and purchased a nasal irrigator. The product I use is the Sweeper Nasal Cleaner. Nasal irrigation helps remove allergy-causing substances like dust, prevents dryness of the nasal mucosa, and maintains humidity, making it effective for rhinitis. It’s similar to how a humidifier works in winter to prevent dryness. It provides moisture to a dry nose. I was somewhat skeptical at first, but I think it’s been quite effective. Maybe because I rinse my nasal passages thoroughly whenever I think of it, my rhinitis symptoms haven't appeared as often as before. I recommend it as a self-care method.
