One episode that comes to mind for me

When the whole world was on high alert due to COVID-19, I also visited the hospital suspecting I had COVID-19.

I was sick and out of my mind, there were so many people, it was chaos itself.

The doctor was fully equipped and conducted the examination, and even though it was a photo-based test, I could feel their kindness and thoroughness.

I always notice that even when you're busy, you never neglect kindness and courtesy towards patients, and you conduct thorough examinations.
