Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

I am also struggling with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and I am worried because my mother also has it.

I have other family members, but since my mother lives alone, I am worried she might suddenly feel dizzy and fall.

I have prepared and taken the medication immediately when symptoms occur, but I am worried that symptoms might suddenly appear or something like that.
