Tinnitus Treatment Hospital

It seems like I have tinnitus this time.
Sometimes I hear a popping sound in my ears.
I was thinking about whether I should go to the hospital, so I looked for one.
I'm not sure where I should go.

It's not easy to find a specialized ear, nose, and throat (ENT) clinic.
Where do you think would be good to go?

I found out that it might be due to stress.
I wonder if going to the hospital would even be meaningful.
