(Health concern) I feel like my nose inside is frequently sore and blocked every day.

Is it because my nostrils are small, or do I really frequently sniff my nose?

It dries out much more frequently..

So I visited the ENT department and also took some photos.

There is no blockage and no other reason, and inside the nostrils is compared to others.

The doctor said it was narrow.

Is this a problem?

There's nothing, but I keep breathing in and out, so my nose keeps getting chapped too often...

I'm really worried that I'm causing a disturbance and bothering others... I'm truly struggling with this.

Since I say there's nothing, I wonder if it's a mental habit, but I really feel frustrated.
