Runny nose from only one nostril

It has been about one to two weeks since the symptoms started.

I only have a runny nose from my right nostril. When I wake up, I get crusted nasal mucus. Of course, it's the same during the day as well.

Anyway, I keep sneezing because of a runny nose. In the past, I would go through this for a few days or even up to a month before it got better.

I don't have a separate hospital. I'm not sick or anything like that.

However, in daily life, I keep sneezing during work or try to hold it in as much as possible without making a sound, then go to the bathroom to relieve myself.

It seems quite uncomfortable. I have been to the hospital before, but they just gave me an injection in the nose without saying much and then prescribed medication.

I got a shot in my buttocks and now I feel numb, but I don't know what it is. What could it be?
