In cases where you frequently get stomatitis...

I think I have been prone to canker sores since I was young. Especially as I got older, I frequently suffered from canker sores, which was really difficult. Canker sores refer to inflammation of the oral mucosa caused by infection or non-infectious factors, and they can be caused by various reasons such as bacterial infections and viral infections. I've also heard that the health of the tongue and oral mucosa is a mirror of overall health. Maybe that's why I worry so much about getting canker sores easily. Just as the exact cause can sometimes be unknown, factors like stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, and weakened immunity are known to influence their occurrence. I think stress might be the main cause for me because I tend to accumulate a lot of fatigue, which makes my mouth sore and sensitive. Because I love food, the pain while eating makes it hard to enjoy meals. Is there any good way to deal with this? Besides resting well... So these days, I’ve been taking high-dose vitamins...

As I get older, I think being healthy is the most important thing.

    저도 어릴때부터  구내염 달고 살아요. 진짜 아파요.  구내영 안걸려본 사람은 그 고통 모를거예요. 비타민B가  강화된 영양제  챙겨  먹으니까  좀 덜하더라구요.
