Have you noticed the pine pollen flying around from pine trees these days? It's so severe that it feels overwhelming ㅠㅠ The streets and car surfaces have turned completely yellow. As the yellow powder falls, my eyes itch more and I sneeze even more.

I carry Zyrtec as an over-the-counter medication, and once symptoms worsen, taking the medication usually subsides within two hours. However, this is only temporary... I'm wondering if only surgery for rhinitis is the answer.ㅠㅠ

I'm also curious about what preventive measures or treatments people suffering from allergic rhinitis are using. Rhinitis that lowers the quality of life! Moreover, in severe cases, it even affects the head.

I am really suffering and want to escape from this pain.
