My Eustachian tube function, which connects my nose and ears, is not good.
So recently, I purchased a Yustaki to perform the transfer technique.
This is a method to blow air into the nose to unblock the ears, but whether you do it on the right or left nostril, only the right ear gets unblocked.
My left ear canal is worse. I want to open the left side, but it seems completely fused and I can't do it.
Has anyone here heard of someone like me?
