(Concern) I sometimes hear a knocking sound in my ear.

I have a somewhat weak eardrum naturally.

When I do something difficult with effort, my ears hurt.

Recently, I was lying down with my phone next to my ear, playing the radio, and I could hear a tapping sound like "knock knock" coming from my ear along with the radio voice. It's not every day, but I think I've experienced it more than five times already. I wasn't even wearing earphones, so why is this happening? It got better when I kept the phone a little farther away...

I'm a little scared. Could it be that my ears are sending signals indicating a problem with my hearing?
