When I am very tired or stressed, I get canker sores. I am also in pain now because of a canker sore. After busy weekends for several weeks, I developed a canker sore. My way of dealing with it is to take vitamin C and rest, but I wonder how others handle it. Is there any way to prevent it in advance?
