I bought a nasal irrigation machine, but it's useless.
It seems to be a problem with the nasal structure.
Even though the temperature and humidity are well maintained
It's a bit difficult to breathe through my nose.
Breathing through the mouth causes facial distortion as well.
If you know of anything that is good for chronic rhinitis, please recommend it.ㅠ

저도 비염이 있는데 수술에 재수술까지 했지만 완치는 어려운거 같더라고요 습도 조절이 제일 중요한데. 그게 쉽지가 않죠.. 음식을 먹을때도 뜨거운걸 먹으면 콧물이 흐르는거 같아요 그져 그려려니 하면서 살아가야 한다고 하더라고요 ㅠㅠ

저두 그래요 구조상의 문제인가봐요 비염 심해지면 누가봐도 심한 감기처럼 보이니 사람 만나는것도 꺼려지고 불편하네요 ㅠ
