(Concern) I'm struggling with sudden sensorineural hearing loss..

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss that occurred unexpectedly in 2022... I suddenly felt a muffled, air-release sensation in one ear. Then, every time I breathed, it felt like air was escaping through my ear, repeatedly opening and closing... I was so surprised in the morning that I immediately visited an ENT clinic in the afternoon. The hearing tests for both ears showed that it was sudden sensorineural hearing loss. It was a term I had never heard before in my life..! Even during the tests, I wondered if my eardrum had a hole, it felt so strange, but the doctor said I came in early and did the right thing. I learned that if sudden sensorineural hearing loss is not treated promptly, hearing can deteriorate significantly and may not recover...ㅠㅠㅠ After more than a week of treatment (including medication), I almost regained my original hearing, but since then, I sometimes experience a feeling of fullness in my ears due to external factors like poor body condition or very humid days. Of course, it didn't last long enough to require treatment, so it recovered quickly. Also, since then, I sometimes hear a brief high-pitched ringing sound, like a "beep" or "ping"... I don't think there's anything particularly treatable about it, but are there others who are suffering from sudden sensorineural hearing loss like me? If there are any aftereffects or similar issues, sharing would be helpful. While a fundamental cure may not be possible, sharing lifestyle habits and related information could be beneficial... Anyway, health is the most important.
