Runny nose goes down the back of my throat.

Is a runny nose that goes down the back of the throat called post-nasal drip? Extremely sticky mucus at the very end of the nasal passage? Somewhere near where the mucus pathway ends and the throat begins... Ah.. it's hard to describe the location... around the uvula..ㅠㅠ
