Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treatment

My father developed Meniere's disease, a type of vertigo caused by inner ear stones, for the first time a few months ago.

So, you vomited a lot and lost your sense of balance, so you have been lying down for several days.

Is there a high chance that this will recur immediately if I am tired or overexerted?
