Deviated Nasal Septum

It feels like one side of my nose is always blocked and stuffy, so I went to the ENT specialist and was told I have a deviated nasal septum...ㅠㅠ The nasal septum, which is a wall located vertically in the center of the nose dividing the nostrils into two, is bent, causing nasal congestion, sinusitis, and other functional problems...ㅠ They recommended surgery... I'm scared, so I haven't had the surgery and am just living with the discomfort~ Has anyone else experienced this and undergone surgery?~~
