이석증 재발이 잦은 질병이예요. 저희 어머니가 신경 쓸 일만 있으면 재발을 하시네요. 특히 기운 없을때 더 그러는것 같아요. 잘 드시고 체력을 기르시니 좋아지시더라구요.
(Concern) I am curious about managing benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
I in April of last year
I experienced vertigo for the first time.
I went through it quite severely, so the treatment was very difficult.
It was on the left at first.
It was intense during the treatment on the left side.
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo on the right side tooㅠ and treatment
Treatment on the right side was less effective, so it needs to be treated again.
It took exactly two weeks just for the treatment at that time.
So I really lived carefully.
Another recurrence of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in December ㅠ
At this time, treatment was still administered quickly.
The doctor has a previous treatment history.
I'm glad you paid more attention; fortunately, it got better in one go.
Those who have suffered from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo will understand.
Even if the treatment is complete, it doesn't get better immediately.
There is residual dizziness for about two weeks.
I have to stay at home like a patient,ㅠ
I get really tense every time I lie down.
The same goes for when you wake up.
I don't want to turn my head at all.
So, there are times when my neck and shoulders hurt.
When I asked the teacher what the cause was,
They say it's stress and aging ㅠ
And I just told myself to quit coffee and get a good sleep.
I still try to be careful.
I am afraid of recurrence.
This disease has no cure.
They said there's nothing to do but treat it whenever symptoms occur.
So
Now, I have quit coffee, and when I really want to drink it, I just take a sip.
Exercise includes swimming (twice a week), stretching (daily), and Pilates (1 to 2 times a week).
I am doing it.
Especially, after treatment for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV),
Take about a month off.
I'm worried I might get caught again if I get too careless.
Exercises or good postures beneficial for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
I'm posting a question about how to manage it.
Even small details are fine.
Please leave a message^^
I want to manage it well so I can overcome the trauma related to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
I don't want to relapse either.
