I perform nasal irrigation immediately.
It's called using a nose swab.
Since I have been regularly rinsing my child's nose since they were young, they have no resistance to it.
First, how to use it
1. Mix one packet of nasal cleansing powder with purified or distilled water up to the dotted line in the container to prepare the nasal rinse solution.
I just use tap water. I don't go get purified or distilled water, so I use tap water.
It's comfortable not to move in the bathroom.
2. Bowing your head and breathing only through your mouth while making a sound of "Ah~~".
3. Insert the cap of the cleansing device into your nostril.
Press the sanitizer with appropriate force.
Let it flow out of the opposite nostril, then a lot of yellow mucus will come out!!!!!
Wash both sides using the same method.
7. After rinsing, wipe with tissue or gently loosen, and you're done.

However, as time passes and I bow my head and do well with "a~~" through my mouth, I always use a nose sweeper when my nose runs.
Now even middle school students are trying.
